Can anyone be Hypnotised?

Yes. Anybody who wants to be hypnotised, can be hypnotised.

Will I loose control?

No. You will be in control throughout. The hypnotherapist does not have control over you and you can terminate the session whenever you like.

Will I know what is happening?

Yes, you can actually be more aware of what is happening, even with closed eyes.

Is it dangerous?

No, you are perfectly safe. Hypnosis is a natural process anyway.

What is it like being in Hypnosis?

It is quite a natural and ordinary experience. Daydreaming is a typical form of hypnosis. We experience hypnosis every day throughout the day. When reading a book on the train, oblivious of surroundings is a state of hypnosis.

Will I remember what happened?

Yes and no. You will remember some of what happened, the same way your memory normally works.

Can I get "Stuck" under Hypnosis?

No. In time everybody comes out of hypnosis.

How will Hypnosis solve my problem?

In hypnosis, one is much more relaxed, mentally and physically, causing the mind to operate more effectively and more efficiently, resulting in a return of memory in order to resolve a problem to get peace of mind to move on in the future.

What is the difference between Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis: Not sleep, but a deep physical relaxed state with heightened mental awareness. In Hypnosis we work with the subconscious mind where behaviour and beliefs are stored, which we learnt through life.

Hypnotherapy: The state of hypnosis where the hypnotherapist gives suggestions to the client for the well-being and restoration in peace of mind of the client. Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to help you make positive changes in your habits and behaviours to benefit you.
