Sport Performance

Sport hypnosis is a combination of sports psychology with hypnosis to improve the performance of the sport participants.

Sport hypnosis has been used by numerous sport achievers, e.g. Pakistan Cricket Team, to deal with building confidence, overcoming poor performance and visualising new and complicated techniques. Sport hypnosis is also highly effective for motivation, competition preparation (focus and concentration), anxiety and competitive nerves.

Habit Control

Everyone has some habits, good and or bad. Bad habits start with negative impacts on our lives, damaging self confidence, self image and self belief. Through hypnosis, bad habits can be linked to positive feelings of relaxation, courage, self improvement and confidence. Hypnotherapy can free us from bad habits like nail biting, hair pulling, skin picking, thumb sucking, eye blinking , etc.

IBS

IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) is a disorder characterised most commonly by cramping, abdominal pains, bloating, constipation and diarrhoea which causes discomfort and distress. IBS is mainly caused by stress related to psychological problems with real symptoms of pain and discomfort. Hypnotherapy used alongside dietary advice and medical help is extremely successful, increasing a client's confidence and self-esteem. A client's GP will be contacted to approve the hypnotherapy treatment, as is practice with all medical conditions.

Fears, Phobias and Obsessions

Fears, Phobias and Obsessions are produced by internal anxieties that became associated with particular situations. Some of these seem to serve a genuine purpose (fear of heights, fire etc.). The cause is most often a sensitising event, an intense, overwhelmingly powerful emotion forgotten, from the past.

Hypnotherapy guides and assists the client to overcome these fears, phobias and obsessions, finding and safely releasing the negative, destructive emotions, experiences and sensitising events, leaving the client free from these fears, phobias and obsessions, being relaxed, positive and in total control.

Addictions

When someone decides to stop using drugs it usually stems from the recognition the damage drugs cause physically, psychologically and emotionally to both the user and their loved ones.

Addictions have both physical and emotional roots. The physical dependency and the emotions related to the drug addiction (regret, anxiety, guilt and shame).

Before hypnotherapy is considered as treatment for substance abuse, you must admit you have a substance addiction and WANT to overcome this addiction.

During hypnotherapy I help you gain control over your life in many ways. Together we set targets and goals by suggesting ways where behaviour is changed and you will succeed being in control of your life with a motivated, positive and loving attitude.

With hypnotherapy I will help you change the way you think about your addiction, breaking the link between the reinforcement that keeps you addicted and the behaviour pattern now true to you because of drug use, whether this drug is alcohol, cannabis, cocaine, ecstacy, prescription drug including sleeping pills or painkillers.

Hypnotherapy can set you free!

"Hypnotic trance is a common everyday phenomenon that every student or professional can and should learn to utilise in a therapeutic manner. Anyone who has ever lulled a child to sleep with a bedtime story or used an analogy to convey a new idea already has engaged in virtually the same procedures we employ during hypnotherapy."

- Hypnotherapy Scripts, Havens & Walters (2002)

"Many people think that if they were only in some other place, or had some other job, they would be happy. Well, that is doubtful. So get as much happiness out of what you are doing as you can and don't put off being happy until some future date. "
- Dale Carnegie
