What to Expect

Hypnosis is a heightened state of awareness, similar to daydreaming, not sleep. A state you can be guided into by relaxation techniques that focus on your sub conscious mind.

We start our first hypnotherapy session with an informal discussion aimed at identifying the issues which are causing you concern. This session may last up to 90 minutes in my relaxing practice rooms.

We will set out a course of treatments that you will undertake on a session by session basis and a time frame in which you could expect to achieve your objective.

Miracles are never expected but change is always achieved!
